How does Coaching work?
Sessions can take place in person or via telehealth You share your vision for life and then we develop a map for how to accomplish it. With set goals and accountability your vision can become a reality. I'm willing to help support you in whatever transition you are in. Below are some examples of common transitions I coach people through.
Relationships
Going from people pleasing to boundaries, feeling authentic and managing relationships in a healthy way.
Divorce
Divorce is a hard transition with a big identity shift.
There is a lot to navigate and having a coach that helps you to keep your values and priorities the focus throughout is life changing.
Parenting
A coach can help you navigate every stage of parenting from infancy to being an empty nester so you are able to show up as a parent in the way you envision.

You will spend the majority of your waking
hours at your job. You need to make sure you are in the right place. This coaching can vary from supporting in the beginning, finding your purpose, challenges in your career and transition into retirement
LGBTQIA
Although in many ways the path to authenticity is easier than it used to be but there are still challenges in this
process and having outside support and accountability can help you from getting stuck in avoidance mode.

Contact for pricing. You can set up weekly/bi-weekly, or monthly sessions. Or you can enroll in package programs for a flat fee that are 3, 6 or 12 months that begin with more support and lessen over time while you are gaining momentum in navigating towards your authentic self independently.
Bio
My name is Stephanie Levy and like many of you life has not always gone as planned. I'm from California originally and went to college and graduate school there before relocating to Omaha, NE. I graduated with my MSW and have had many career transitions from working in hospital management to clinically focused trauma work. Throughout all this I got married, had two kids and eventually got divorced. Yoga has always been a passion of mine and I completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. I have a consistent meditation and yoga practice that is the foundation of my self care. I am currently enrolled in Lumia Coaching Program that aligns perfectly with my values and vision for life. I have worked hard to create a life I love. As a life coach I take all this experience and partner with people ready to create their best lives as well.
